We have the right to charge you for additional shipping costs if the weight or quantity of your order exceeds certain thresholds.
  • Delivery times: The majority of orders will be dispatched 1-2 business days after they are placed. The shipping method chosen and the order's destination will affect the delivery timings. Depending on the order and location, all deliveries in the UAE will take between 3 and 7 working days to complete. The delivery date may be extended for orders in large quantities compared to smaller purchases. If you place a large order, we will get in touch with you to confirm the delivery details and date.
  • Order tracking: You will get a confirmation email with a tracking number once your product has shipped. On the carrier's website and on track your order page, you can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your order.
  • Shipping restrictions: Due to logistical or legal restrictions, we are unable to ship to some nations or areas. Please visit our website to view the list of nations we may ship to.
  • Changing shipping address: Please get in touch with us right away if you need to alter the delivery address, shipping choice, or any other aspects of your order. Although we will try to comply with your request, once your order has been sent, we are unable to promise that we will still be able to make adjustments. We might not be able to make any modifications to your order if it has already been dispatched, in which case you will need to go through the regular return and exchange procedure.
